You will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.


  • excellent communication skills in English, Russian and Ukrainian
  • recruitment experience — at least 2 years
  • background at IT companies (outsourcing/outstaffing)
  • HR experience would be a plus
  • higher education (university degree)
  • highly organized and able to work independently, eager to take initiative and responsibility for results
  • attentive and ready to multitasks



  • Reinforce corporate culture and values, build corporate religion, create corporate hiStory
  • Maintain and support productive, open and creative working environment
  • Maintain high retention rate of skilled, talented and professional employees
  • Provide guidance for new employees (adaptation procedure)
  • Monitor other IT companies for best hr&recruitment practices, monitor salary levels to maintain market levels of compensation
  • Vetting and compliance for all employees
  • Organize corporate parties&drinks, social events etc.


  • Review and improve hiring, firing & recruitment policies and procedures
  • Recruit new employees when needed (full cycle: create description, place it on the job portals and our website, recruit via LinkedIn and partners, pre-interview all suitable candidates, attend interviews with management, inform candidates about decision)
  • Maintain database of suitable “back-up” candidates (for urgent vacancies) and “activate” them once needed
  • Maintain database of already interviewed candidates
